T4SEA Online 2026

Training on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice for Southeast Asia (T4SEA)

Join T4SEA Online, a regional learning programme for criminal justice professionals across Southeast Asia. Building on the Training on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice for Southeast Asia (T4SEA), the programme offers an interactive space to explore people-centred justice in practice.

This year’s theme, “People-Centred Justice in Action: Responding to Transnational Organized Crime in Southeast Asia,” examines how transnational organized crime affects individuals and communities, and how criminal justice responses can remain effective, fair and responsive to people’s needs.

Participants will explore international legal frameworks and standards, learn from international experts and regional peers, and consider how these approaches can be applied across different national and institutional contexts.

  • Transnational organized crimes in Southeast Asia, including human trafficking, environmental crime and cybercrime
  • People-centred justice and criminal justice governance
  • UN Crime Conventions, UNTOC and the related Protocols
  • International and regional cooperation in criminal matters

To be eligible for the T4SEA Programme, applicants must:

  • have at least 5 years of professional experience as police investigators, prosecutors, judicial officers, or corrections officers, or have worked in the fields of law enforcement / crime prevention / criminal justice in Southeast Asia;
  • be fluent in spoken and written English; and
  • be able to attend the full duration of the training programme.
